Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases of digital software products sold by Abhishek Sharma - Software Consulting through our websites.
1. Nature of Our Products
We sell digital software products delivered as access to private GitHub repositories. Because our products are delivered digitally and source code access is granted upon purchase, we operate a limited refund policy as described below.
We strongly encourage all potential buyers to thoroughly test any live demo we provide before making a purchase decision. Our demos provide full access with real data so you can evaluate every feature before committing.
2. Before Delivery — Full Refund Available
If you have completed payment but repository access has not yet been granted, you are entitled to a full refund.
Repository access is typically delivered within 24 hours of payment. If you have not received access within 48 hours and have not received any communication from us, contact us immediately at [hello@mrabhishek.com] to request a full refund.
3. After Delivery — No Refunds
Once GitHub repository access has been granted to you, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds after delivery because:
- The full source code has been transferred to you
- A digital product cannot be "returned" in the way a physical product can
- You had the opportunity to review a live demo before purchasing
4. Exceptions
We may consider a refund or partial credit at our sole discretion in the following exceptional circumstances:
- The software is fundamentally non-functional as described and we are unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe
- A duplicate charge occurred due to a payment processing error
- You were charged an incorrect amount

5. Support Issues Are Not Grounds for Refund
Difficulty deploying the software, configuration questions, or issues with third-party services are covered by your included support period and are not grounds for a refund. Please reach out to us for assistance before requesting a refund.
6. How to Request a Refund
If you believe you are eligible for a refund under Section 2 or Section 4, contact us at:

Please include:
- The email address used for purchase
- Your Stripe transaction ID (found in your payment receipt)
- The product purchased
- The reason for your request
We will respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed via Stripe back to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days.
7. Chargebacks
We ask that you contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card provider. We are committed to resolving legitimate issues promptly. Chargebacks filed without prior contact may result in permanent suspension of your license and repository access.
8. Governing Law
This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Rajasthan, India.
